This guide shows you how to create a basic export layout saved filter in the Admin Dashboard and export it to Excel.
Logging in
- Log into CFS and click the ‘Burger’ icon in the top left
- Click on ‘Admin’
- In the top right of the ‘Admin Dashboard’ click on the ‘Filter’ icon
- From here you will see the ‘Filter’ screen below
Date
- Click on the ‘Calendar’ icon to show the date modal
- The date range can be set manually or pre-sets can be used on the right-hand side
Date Type
- Select what ‘Date Type’ should applied to your report
Schemes
- If you have more than one ‘Scheme’, you can include/exclude from here
Events
- Choose which ‘Events’ types you would like included in your report
Stages
- Choose policies with a specific ‘Stage’ to be included/excluded
Tags
- If you have created ‘Tags’, they can be included/excluded here
Enrichments
- Choose any ‘Enrichments’ that are to be included/excluded
Addon
- Choose whether the policies with ‘Addons’ should only be included
Insurers
- Pick which ‘Insurers’ you want included/excluded
Leads
- Pick polices associated to specific ‘Lead(s)’ that should be included/excluded
Advisers
- Pick polices associated to specific ‘Adviser(s)’ that should be included/excluded
Export Layout
- This is where you add fields from the scheme that are to be included as headers on your exported report
- Click on the ‘Pencil’ icon to open the ‘Export Layout Filter’ field modal
- To include a field in your ‘Export Layout Filter’ simply find the field on the left hand list, hold and drag over to the empty space on the right
- We’ve added the filed ‘Event’ on the screenshot below
- Simply pressing ‘Save’ will close the settings for this field
- Once you’ve finished picking your fields, click ‘Save’ in the bottom right
Saving
- You will then be taken back to the ‘Filter’ screen where you can ‘Save’ your filter
- Click on the ‘Disk’ icon at the top of the filter screen.
Input a name for your ‘Filter’ on the modal that appears and press ‘OK’
- This filter will then be displayed on the ‘Filter’ dropdown
- Finally press ‘SAVE & APPLY’ at the bottom of the ‘Filter’ screen
Download to Excel
You will now be able to download policies associated to your saved filter with the fields you’ve specified
- Click the ‘Download’ button in the type right of your ‘Admin Dashboard’
A status bar will appear showing you the status of your requested download
- Finally, your Excel export will then will available to open via your PCs ‘Downloads’ folder
